Zusammenfassung

ARES Corporation is seeking an experienced Probabilistic Risk Assessment Analyst for the Starliner/Human Spaceflight program. The role is remote with some hybrid requirements for candidates near Houston or Denver, and involves developing probabilistic models to evaluate crew and mission risks.

You will perform PRA tasks across systems, support FAA Part 450 licensing, and work with Boeing and ULA. A BS in a technical field and 6+ years in PRA or reliability are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience performing PRA or equivalent quantitative risk analysis on aerospace systems.
• Ability to develop and refine probabilistic models with fault/event trees and uncertainty analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customers and leadership.

Aufgaben

• Develop and update probabilistic risk models for Starliner and Vulcan systems.
• Perform risk assessments including LOC, LOM, and casualty metrics for licensing support.
• Contribute to risk analyses for FAA Part 450 launch licensing and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NASA PRA guidance and NPR 8705.5 procedures.
• Engage with Boeing, ULA, and engineering teams to gather data and present results.
• Produce PRA reports, documentation, and uncertainty analyses.
