Brilliant Agency is seeking a full-time Account Coordinator for a fast-moving, fully remote team. The ideal candidate has 1+ year internship experience in consumer products PR or integrated marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a real curiosity about new technology and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years internship experience in consumer goods PR or integrated marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Familiarity with Cision, Muck Rack, TV Eyes or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work within a supportive team to execute fundamental account tasks.
• Media and influencer list building.
• Entering and confirming sample requests.
• Calendar invites and call notes.
• Coverage monitoring.
• Inbound influencer and media inquiries.
• Pitching local, regional and national media.
• Research projects.
• Builds and maintains strong media relationships with print, online, and broadcast outlets.
• Builds relationships with key influencers across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube to secure earned coverage.
• Adapts to a fast-paced, evolving workload.
