Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Powerpoint Specialist on a contract basis to design and deliver advanced presentation work for Fortune 500 environments. You will craft sophisticated PowerPoint decks, leverage Excel and Word for data-driven slides, and ensure professional, executive-ready output.

You will collaborate with an AI model to discuss, edit, and create Office Open XML files (.pptx), assess multiple outputs, and provide actionable feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of recent experience on complex Fortune 500 projects.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with exposure to Excel and Word for professional documents.
• Experience in finance, healthcare, consulting, tech, or retail across multiple business functions.
• Ability to design realistic business scenarios and workflows for modeling and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear, actionable feedback.
• Experience with LLMs or AI-powered tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and initiate complex business tasks for PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Collaborate with an advanced language model to discuss, edit, and create Office Open XML files (.pptx).
• Assess and compare two LLM-generated deliverables per task using quality dimensions.
• Create prompts and tasks that require substantial business acumen without AI assistance.
• Engage in four-turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of business documents.
• Provide expertise in cross-functional use cases such as reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing across industries.
