Job summary

Insight Global in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a BI/reporting professional to partner with BSA/AML stakeholders, design and enhance Power BI reports, and use SQL and Snowflake to investigate data and reporting needs.

You will gather requirements from business partners, translate them into technical solutions, support Actimize data flows, and help modernize reporting as the organization moves to cloud environments, collaborating across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BI/reporting experience, ideally 5+ years.
• Strong hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into reporting and data solutions.
• Strong communication skills to lead requirements conversations.

• Collaborate across BSA/AML, data, technology, integration, and reporting teams

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of BI/reporting experience, ideally 5+ years
