Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus in power systems.
Experience supporting power plant testing, commissioning, or generator compliance activities.
Familiarity with ERCOT and/or NERC compliance testing requirements.

Responsibilities
Lead and support generator compliance testing and commissioning activities.
Conduct and oversee remote testing sessions directing on-site technicians.
Monitor and analyze live test data to verify plant performance.
Interpret test results and prepare technical reports documenting compliance.
