Job summary

Ignite Digital seeks a Mid-Level Power Platform Developer to join our government-focused team in Charleston. You will design, develop, and deploy secure Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI, while mentoring teammates and upholding governance.

The role requires 3+ years of Power Platform experience, PL-400 certification, and an active or obtainable DoD Secret clearance, with hybrid work options in Charleston or remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• PL-400 certification or ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with canvas & model-driven Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS for custom components.
• Backend skills in C#/.NET and ALM/deployments are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Apps canvas and model-driven solutions.
• Create complex Power Automate workflows and Dataverse data models.
• Build dashboards and analytics with Power BI and ensure governance.
• Integrate with SharePoint, SQL, Azure, Dynamics 365, and external systems.
• Mentor teammates and enforce development standards and best practices.
• Support CoE activities and platform governance; troubleshoot issues.
