Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Power Platform Administrator to oversee administration, governance, and ongoing improvements of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365. The role emphasizes stability, security, compliance, and adoption across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in Power Platform environments, expertise in ALM processes, and the ability to mentor citizen developers while aligning with security controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years administering Microsoft Power Platform environments.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and governance/security.
• Experience configuring ALM processes and deployment pipelines.
• Experience administering Dynamics 365 applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Power Platform environments for development, testing, and production.
• Configure environments, Dataverse, security roles, data policies, and settings.
• Monitor platform health, licensing, and capacity utilization.
• Manage provisioning, backup, upgrades, and lifecycle activities.
• Implement governance standards, policies, and best practices.
• Support solution deployment and ALM pipelines across environments.
• Troubleshoot deployments, integrations, and security issues.
• Mentor citizen developers and promote reusable patterns.
