Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is expanding its security operations team and seeks developers proficient in Power BI to visualize security data from Microsoft Sentinel and XDR.

This remote, permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week, a salary of £30,000–£40,000 per year, and Microsoft training to accredit from Data Analyst Associate to Azure Data Engineer Associate.

You will design dashboards, support automated reports, and work with security analysts to translate alerts into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of DAX and Power Query for data transformation.
• Solid understanding of security data, including incident management and event monitoring.
• Experience with large datasets and optimizing Power BI performance.
• Technical understanding of IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Defender XDR, Entra ID, and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Power BI dashboards to visualize data from Microsoft Sentinel and XDR.
• Develop automated security reports and metrics for the SOC.
• Integrate API/data connectors into Power BI for real-time security data.
• Optimize dashboards for large datasets and fast query performance.
• Collaborate with security analysts and engineers on data visualization and report development.
