Job summary
Goldschmitt and Associates LLC (G&A) is seeking a Power BI Dashboard Developer/Consultant to support a federal consulting engagement. You will design and develop analytical tools, dashboards, data models, and decision-support solutions transforming operational data into actionable insights for logistics, inventory, staffing, cost and performance.
You will collaborate with Government stakeholders to translate complex requirements into transparent, maintainable dashboards and scalable analytics,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Data Analytics or related field.
- 5+ years in BI, data analytics, dashboards or data visualization.
- 3+ years hands-on Power BI development.
- Ability to pass Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from Government stakeholders.
- Design Power BI data models integrating data from multiple sources.
- Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytical tools.
- Create measures and business logic using DAX.
- Transform and cleanse data with Power Query.
- Develop data relationships and dimensional models for reporting.
- Develop drill-down capabilities for executive and program analysis.
- Validate data and reconcile dashboards with source data.
- Deliver user guides, training, and knowledge transfer.
