Reesink Canada is seeking an entry-level Business Intelligence Analyst to turn financial and operating data into clear, reliable information to support decision-making. You will build and maintain Power BI reports under guidance from Operations, Finance and IT, and use AI tools to support data extraction and presentation.

This remote role is based in AB, SK, or MB. You will work with multiple operating companies to consolidate data, develop data models, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting

Formación

• Post-secondary education (completed or in progress) in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Foundational experience with Power BI — through coursework, co-op, personal projects, or early work experience.
• Exposure to or interest in AI tools for data extraction, analysis, and presentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power Query, SQL, or other data tools is an asset.
• Familiarity with data from business systems (ERP, financial, or operational platforms) is an asset.
• Understanding of the agriculture industry is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Report and dashboard development in Power BI to present financial and operational data clearly.
• Assist data extraction, transformation, and consolidation into analysis-ready datasets.
• Support financial and operational analysis, identify trends and variances.
• Provide data presentation and ad hoc reporting to assist day-to-day decisions.
• Support data quality, governance, and documentation; maintain confidentiality.
