Job summary

You will be responsible for real-time performance monitoring, RCA support, and maintaining reliability dashboards, with emphasis on safety and compliant practice. Strong collaboration and data visualization skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in field operations, preferably in power generation.
• Detail oriented, process driven and methodical.
• Experience with visualization platforms and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Monitor power generation equipment performance in real time to support field operations and maintain equipment availability.
• Use monitoring and data acquisition systems to identify equipment issues, performance trends, and potential failures.
• Coordinate with field teams and engineering resources to facilitate timely issue resolution and minimize downtime.
• Track equipment performance metrics and communicate recurring issues or trends to support continuous improvement.
• Assist with RCA activities by gathering data, documenting findings, and supporting corrective action.
• Maintain reliability dashboards and equipment status reports to provide visibility into operational health.
• Promote effective communication between field operations, technical support, and engineering teams.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with HSE policies by attending training and using PPE.
