Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Poultry Plant Experience.
• Ability to see color, lift up to 50 pounds, taste and smell.

Responsibilities

• Manage the quality complaints reported by Restaurants and Guests.
• Visit Suppliers to assess the compliance of products.
• Provide technical support regarding quality expectations.
• Coordinate with the testing lab on Quality Assurance Plans.
• Elaborate reports on product compliance performance.
