The role emphasizes analytical judgment, leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders across domains such as finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations. No prior AI experience required, but strong business analysis skills are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of team management experience.
• 3–6 years in business analysis, management consulting, or content strategy.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Clear, confident communicator who translates complex ideas into actionable feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training content.
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and refine team processes for efficiency.
• Provide structured performance feedback and professional development.
• Serve as main point of contact for project stakeholders and deliver progress updates.
• Guide creation of case studies, business scenarios, and analytical content across domains.
