Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Postdoctoral Scientist - Computational Biologist to drive oral care research through advanced bioinformatic analysis. You will integrate metagenomic, metatranscriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic and immunological data to identify biomarkers and potential targets for product development.

The role is remote with collaboration across a biosolutions team, requiring a PhD and strong Python/R skills, plus experience with high-throughput data.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R.
• Experience processing, analyzing, and interpreting high-throughput biological datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead bioinformatic processing, statistical analysis and integration of omics datasets.
• Collaborate with wet lab scientists and clinicians to translate and interpret data.
• Support projects with study design, data analysis, and visualization.
