The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is looking for a NextGen Post-Doctoral Fellow to conduct research supporting the N.C.A&T Aggie Academy and the Center of Excellence for Educational Equity Research. This role involves teaching and mentoring graduate students and aims to enhance policies for equity in education.

The successful candidate will contribute to creating anti-racist learning environments and will ideally hold a doctoral degree in Education or a related field, with skills in critical thinking and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Education, Leadership or a related field is required.
• Strong skills in critical thinking and time management are essential.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is necessary.
