You will support financial reporting, budgeting, invoicing, and compliance while liaising with principal investigators and central offices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Admin functions: manage centralized email inbox, track important sponsored project data, and maintain reminders for financial reports and COERA post-award actions.
Award reporting: assist with sponsor financial reports using DEFINE, Workday, and other data sources.
Post-award: generate projected expenditure reports and perform budget transfers; manage end dates and subaward invoicing.
Transactions: oversee post-award reviews and guide investigators on grant needs and documentation.
Appointments: coordinate semesterly appointment processes and assist with costing worksheets and salary transactions.
