Job summary

UT Austin's College of Education is seeking a Grants and Contracts Specialist to manage post-award activities for sponsored projects. This role supports award management, reporting, transactions, and compliance while collaborating with COERA and PI teams.

Together with a peer, the position contributes to accurate financial stewardship, timely post-award processing, and effective communication with departments and central offices across the university.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for post-award activities within the COERA Post-Award team.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Director of Postaward on financial data for sponsor reports.
• Process and monitor subaward invoicing and related transactions.
• Assist with appointment planning and budgeting for sponsored projects.
• Deliver cost-sharing, invoicing, and financial reporting guidance to researchers.
