Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with two years of related financial experience.
• Strong financial, accounting and economic concept application.
• Experience with grants and contract administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis and reporting: develop budgets, forecast scenarios and present findings.
• Proposal development: prepare budgets for grant and contract submissions and coordinate with partners.
• Portfolio management: oversee multiple awards, renewals, extensions and closeouts.
• Compliance and risk management: ensure adherence to sponsor policies and university procedures.
• Collaborative finance partner: support investigators and external contacts, guiding financial decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
