Job summary

University of Washington is seeking a Program Operations Manager for the Post‑Acute Care (PAC) Program. This 100% FTE role is primarily remote, with onsite work as business needs require, supporting leadership in executing growth and operational strategies.

The role involves building infrastructure for information sharing, coordinating with nursing leadership and PAC network partners, and guiding projects with detailed roadmaps. Strong data skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–3 years in a large health system with multiple EHRs and clinical services.
  • Experience with quality/process improvement projects including data collection and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build operational infrastructure for information sharing and deliverables tracking with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to evaluate practice and standardize processes across continuum.
  • Develop charters, roadmaps and work plans to achieve goals for the PAC Program.
  • Manage multiple projects per project plans and provide coordination and support to the PAC team.
  • Design, validate, analyze and communicate data and dashboards related to PAC priorities with finance and analytics teams.
  • Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders across UW Medicine entities and PAC Network partners.
  • Oversee marketing activities for PAC, including website updates and SharePoint intranet development.
