Job summary

QofAI, a high-impact consulting and engineering firm, seeks a senior associate to own client relationships and value-creation outcomes for private equity clients. You work directly with investment teams and portco management.

You will structure value creation workstreams, lead sessions with portco management, translate AI outputs into actionable recommendations, and coordinate cross-functional resources. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• MBA from a strong program with 3+ years in PE value creation or top-tier management consulting.
• Strong analytics, communication, and finance background with operating metrics and reporting.
• Ability to own client relationships and drive outcomes in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with deal teams and operating partners at PE firm clients.
• Structure and manage value creation workstreams across portfolio companies.
• Lead working sessions with portco management on ownership, timelines and metrics.
• Turn AI outputs into clear recommendations management can act on.
• Coordinate engineering, data, and product resources against client needs.
• Contribute to playbooks, frameworks, and GTM materials as the team scales.
