Job summary

Lumen seeks a Lean Portfolio Manager to lead portfolio strategy, governance, and execution across Product Infrastructure. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and executives to align investments with corporate priorities and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership in portfolio, program, product management, or strategy.
Experience managing enterprise portfolios and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong financial acumen with investment analysis and executive recommendations.
Ability to enable executive leadership with strategic planning and governance rhythms.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
Expertise in portfolio management methodologies and governance frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in telecom/technology or infrastructure domains preferred.
Balance strategic thinking with meticulous execution oversight.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance across Product Infrastructure.
Establish and manage portfolio roadmaps aligned with long-term strategy.
Facilitate executive decision-making through reviews and investment recommendations.
Develop portfolio health metrics, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting structures.
Coordinate business-case inputs with cross-functional partners for validation.
