Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0–3 years in banking, credit, lending, audit, or related financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to analyze borrower financials and assess risk indicators.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally; telecommuting may be allowed.

Responsibilities

• Administer Abrigo DiCOM for portfolio risk assessments, data tracking, reporting, and data integrity.
• Support loan reviews across lending segments with data analysis and risk assessment.
• Develop credit analysis skills across borrower profiles, industries, and collateral.
• Evaluate repayment capacity and monitor accuracy of risk ratings.
• Coordinate with Senior Credit Review Officers; prepare management reports.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of laws, regs, policies affecting credit review.
• Assist other audit departments and participate in cross-functional reviews.
• Gather information to support credit review team members.
