Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

• Experience with Commercial populations.
• Strong understanding of HEDIS, cost drivers, and utilization.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization; portfolio prioritization.
• Data-driven decision making; cross-functional collaboration and influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop population health strategies for Commercial populations.
• Translate priorities into clinical programs and ROI-focused initiatives.
• Partner with product owners and leadership across functions.
• Define success metrics aligned with HEDIS, affordability, and utilization.
• Support implementation and scaling of programs across platforms.
• Provide input on value-based care models and provider performance.
