Job summary

ABNATION INC, a fast-growing residential pool equipment repair company, seeks a Pool Equipment Technician & Territory Manager to lead remote field operations and service delivery across a broad geographic territory from Houston.

You will diagnose and repair pumps, motors, automation systems, and heaters at residential sites, manage travel logistics, and maintain strong client relationships.

This full-time role offers profit-sharing and uncapped earning potential through performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related work experience in mechanical trade experience and swimming pool equipment repair fieldwork.
• Proven ability to operate independently in a remote capacity with minimal oversight.
• Own reliable work vehicle (SUV, truck, or van) and willingness to be in the field most days.
• Own tools.
• Comfortable with technology and daily use of apps, emails, portals, and spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail and follow-through from dispatch to completion.
• Excellent communicator with customers, office, and other techs.
• Strong organizational skills for field logistics.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations and service delivery across your assigned residential territory.
• Manage residential pool equipment repair service delivery to ensure high-quality results.
• Coordinate travel logistics to maintain project and client schedules.
• Resolve real-time technical challenges on-site to maintain transparency and trust.
• Cultivate client relationships to expand the company’s regional footprint.
• Oversee territory budgets and operational workflows to maximize profitability.
