Job summary

Expert Pool Group in Palm Beach County, FL is seeking a Lead Pool Service Technician to start as a part-time role with potential for full-time expansion. You will personally handle weekly cleaning, water chemistry, and repairs while managing service routes efficiently.

As the company grows, there is a path into Field Management, training new technicians and supervising operations. This is an in-person, Palm Beach County opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential pool service experience.
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry, filtration systems, equipment diagnostics, and repairs.
• Ability to independently manage routes and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong professional references.
• Experience training or supervising technicians a plus.

Responsibilities

Location: Palm Beach County, FL
Schedule: Initially Part-Time, with Potential for Full-Time

A new, investor-backed pool service company launching in Palm Beach County is seeking an experienced, dependable Pool Technician. The company plans to grow through the acquisition and consolidation of residential pool service routes.

You will initially be the company's sole pool technician, personally handling weekly cleaning, maintenance, water chemistry, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs. You must be comfortable working independently, managing service routes efficiently, and providing excellent customer service.

As the business expands, the right candidate will have the opportunity to advance into a Field Manager role, helping train and supervise additional technicians.
