Job summary

Experis is seeking a POMS Techno-Functional SME to join the Manufacturing Operations team in a fully remote capacity. You will collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and IT to document business requirements and translate them into MES specifications and implementation strategies.

You will lead workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and drive UAT while partnering with manufacturing teams to optimize workflows and MES usage in a GxP-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Life Sciences/pharma/biotech manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with POMS MES solutions.
• Strong understanding of MES concepts, electronic batch records, batch execution, and production workflows.
• Experience working in GxP-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation and IT to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into MES functional specs, solution designs, and implementation strategies.
• Lead requirements workshops, discovery sessions, fit-gap analyses, design reviews and UAT.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to optimize production workflows leveraging POMS MES capabilities.
• Support process harmonization initiatives across manufacturing sites.
