Job summary

Sage Media is seeking a Political Media Tracking Analyst to join our remote team. The role involves researching and tracking political media spending for candidates, issues, and advocacy campaigns across the United States.

You will compile and analyze data using our Inside Track platform, coordinate with the Competitive Research Department, and help report findings to clients. A strong political background and meticulous records management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in campaigns or other political work.
• Aptitude for maintaining accurate and organized records.
• Experience using databases and spreadsheets.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Teams, Google Docs and video conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Acquire market-by-market political media spending information from outlets and data resources.
• Compile, enter, code, analyze, and report spending using Inside Track™.
• Coordinate with Competitive Research Department directors to assess priorities and changes.
• Review video/audio content and code/associate with database information.
• Assist in reporting spending to campaign and advocacy clients.
