Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• Experience in healthcare operations, utilization management, governance, or compliance.
• Strong Microsoft Office/SharePoint documentation and tracking skills.
• Knowledge of NCQA accreditation standards and Medicaid programs is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end reporting for Medicaid UM across markets.
• Coordinate reporting calendars, data validation, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, analytics, and compliance teams.
• Support governance committees and accreditation activities.
• Document decisions, tracking, and follow-up actions for audits.
