Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare operational or governance domains.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate end-to-end NCQA UM Rates and Timeliness reporting across Medicaid markets.
• Manage reporting calendars, milestones, data collection, validation, approvals, and final deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and report risks.
• Analyze results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reporting summaries for Utilization Management Committees and leadership.
