Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Procurement Policy Specialist to support the FDIC with mid- to senior‑level policy expertise, shaping acquisition policies, procedures, and lifecycle processes across legal, contracting, and technical teams. The position is remote but requires residence in the Washington, D.C.

Metro Area, with ongoing collaboration to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, management or legal field; minimum requirements.
• 10+ years direct procurement experience in federal government or private sector.
• 5+ years creating policy documents, updating policies, and developing templates.

Responsibilities

• Provide mid- to senior-level acquisition policy support with expertise in interpreting and drafting acquisition policy (FDIC is not a FAR-based agency).
• Develop, implement, and maintain FDIC contract policies and procedures.
• Collaborate across FDIC teams to ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency in contract management.
• Research, analyze, and present detailed contracting information; organize procurement data clearly.
