Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business or have graduated within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for internal customers on PO processes.
• Maintain the PO lifecycle from creation to closure and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Procurement and PO requestors to resolve issues and align processes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve order management processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Document actions, resolutions, and process steps to complete PO activities.
• Identify PO issues and remind users of required steps to reduce invoice payment problems across ERP systems.
