Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for remote telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Georgia. This fee-for-service, W2 part-time role requires GA licensing and prescriptive authority, with 15 hours of weekly availability.

You will assess, diagnose, and manage care for adults and adolescents, prescribing medications when appropriate, and coordinating with regional staff to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in GA.
• Three years of experience preferred; 1 year psychiatry required.
• License in the practicing state and ability to work remotely for GA patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and ongoing telemedicine evaluations.
• Treat patients aged 14+ with appropriate psychotropic medications as needed.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with clients.
• Complete required intake paperwork and assessments; adhere to clinical guidelines.
