Legion Health is hiring PMHNPs for fully remote psychiatry care via telehealth, offering substantial clinical autonomy with expert psychiatrist support. Roles are open as full-time or part-time, backed by strong administrative and credentialing support to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort providing remote care and using electronic health records.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, diagnostics, and risk analysis.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and follow evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Leverage telehealth and technology to ensure reliable patient care delivery.
