Job summary

Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care via telehealth from anywhere in the United States. Roles offer full-time or part-time flexibility with strong clinical autonomy and substantial operational support.

You’ll work with a collaborative leadership team and a community dedicated to evidence-based psychiatry, comprehensive credentialing, and a robust EHR/AI toolkit to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
