Job summary

Legion Health in the United States offers PMHNPs remote telepsychiatry with clinical autonomy and strong operational support. You will deliver evidence-based psychiatric care to patients across the country, with collaborative psychiatrists and peer reviews. Full-time or part-time positions available.

Expect flexible schedules, weekly pay, and comprehensive malpractice insurance. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on patient-care hours, plus access to premium EHR

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong diagnostic, assessment, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort delivering care remotely via telehealth.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
