Headlight is seeking a Part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality mental health care remotely, with one in-office day per week in California. You will diagnose, treat, and consult under supervision, supported by licensed clinicians.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with an executive therapy team, and flexible scheduling across 12 to 22 hours weekly. Remote/hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

• Must have PMHNP Master’s degree and be licensed as a PMHNP in the state.
• Active DEA license for prescribing in the clinic location.
• Minimum 12 months of post-licensure psychiatric clinical experience.
• Bilingual skills are a plus (English/Spanish).
• Knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders and patient care.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders.
• Offer individual and group therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families about mental health and treatment options.
• Participate in community outreach and education.
