Legion Health is actively seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver remote psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. You will practice at the top of your license with robust clinical autonomy and a supportive team, including experienced psychiatrists for consultations and peer reviews.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, administrative support, credentialing assistance, and premium clinical tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments (history, mental health, medical history, diagnosis, risk).
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while following evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Leverage telehealth technology and systems to deliver reliable care.
