Job summary

Legion Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for remote telehealth psychiatry across the United States. The role offers full- or part-time schedules with clinical autonomy, supported by a collaborative psychiatry team and robust operational support.

Clinicians will manage care with evidence-based protocols, enjoy flexible scheduling, and receive administrative help, including credentialing and licensure support, while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
• Experience delivering psychiatric care via telehealth
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
