Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Indiana
• Active DEA and individual NPI number
• Completed, signed CAQH application
• Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable internet connection
• Independent liability insurance; minimum $1M occurrence/$3M aggregate

Responsabilités

• Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure
• Conduct initial PDEs for new patient referrals and E/M sessions for established patients
• Use Talkspace platform to conduct video sessions, submit documentation, and manage treatment plans
• Coordinate with Talkspace psychiatry team as needed
• Operate with flexible scheduling and no overhead costs associated with private practice
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, secure communications
