Job summary

Talkspace Psychiatry seeks a contracted Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to expand access to mental health care from the comfort of home in Mississippi. The role focuses on conducting initial psychiatric assessments and follow-up E/M sessions via Talkspace, with admin tasks handled by Talkspace.

You’ll be licensed in Mississippi with active DEA and NPI, and you’ll collaborate with the Talkspace psychiatry team to ensure high-quality patient care. This is a remote, contract position.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Mississippi
• DEA license and NPI number
• CAQH application completed
• Collaborating/supervising physician agreement or willingness
• Reliable internet connection
• Independent liability insurance of $1M occurrence / $3M aggregate

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure.
• Conduct initial PDEs for new referrals and E/M for established patients.
• Use Talkspace platform for video sessions and documentation.
• Coordinate with Talkspace psychiatry team as needed.
• Conduct video sessions, manage cases, and create treatment plans.
