Mindbloom in the United States is seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health NP clinician to conduct video-based evaluations and deliver ketamine therapy for depression, anxiety, and PTSD. You will educate clients on the science, safety, and your treatment plan, tailoring care to each client.

This remote-first role supports a high-bar clinical team, with cross-state collaboration and ongoing protocol improvements.

Qualifications

• State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP licensed in Arizona with an active DEA registration.
• Experience diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Excellent communication and ability to educate clients on treatment.
• Comfort delivering ketamine therapy using clinical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video.
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and experience of ketamine therapy.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and tailor treatment.
• Partner with Mindbloom guides for coordinated, whole-person care.
• Provide exceptional client experience that earns trust and satisfaction.
• Contribute to updating clinical protocols and care models.
