Job summary

Mindbloom is hiring a Psychiatric Clinician (PMHNP/PA) for remote, part-time work. You will conduct video evaluations, educate clients about ketamine therapies, and prescribe treatment within clinical protocols. You will collaborate with care guides, monitor responses, and help maintain high patient satisfaction.

The role supports Mindbloom’s mission to advance psychedelic therapy from home, with licensure in psychiatry and prescriptive authority, and an emphasis on rigorous, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP or Psychiatric PA.
• DEA Licensure: Prescriptive authority for Controlled Substances.
• Experience conducting complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Remote-friendly, mission-driven, and committed to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via video to assess client eligibility for ketamine therapy.
• Educate clients on the science, benefits, ROAs, and process to build informed confidence.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy to approved clients per clinical protocols with personalized care.
• Collaborate with Mindbloom guides for holistic care coordination.
• Assess client response to medication and provide ongoing treatment planning.
• Achieve exceptional patient satisfaction scores and provide feedback to improve protocols.
• Contribute to refining clinical protocols and the care model.
