Job summary

Mindbloom is a national provider of ketamine therapy for depression, anxiety, and PTSD. We seek a Psychiatric NP/PA to conduct video-based evaluations, educate clients on safety, and tailor therapy using our protocols.

You will collaborate with Mindbloom guides to deliver a coordinated, whole-person experience, support cross-licensing across states, and uphold high clinical standards in a remote, flexible role. Compensation reflects the level of expertise and licensure.

Qualifications

• State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP or Psychiatric PA
• Minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience
• Licensed in Ohio with an active DEA registration
• Excellent client-communication during video consults
• Willing to cross-license in other states as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to understand client needs
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and experience of ketamine therapy
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and individualized judgment
• Partner with Mindbloom guides for coordinated, whole-person care
• Provide an exceptional client experience that builds trust and satisfaction
• Refine clinical protocols based on client outcomes and insights
