Job summary

A virtual psychiatry practice is seeking experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) for a fully remote role. The ideal candidates will manage outpatient care for anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues, with a focus on clinical autonomy and minimal administrative tasks. This full-time position offers competitive compensation, including base salary plus productivity incentives, with a range of $180,000 to $215,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years post‑graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations and treatment planning.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Manage medications and provide psychoeducation.
