Qualifications

• Current ANCC or AANP Board Certification as PMHNP.
• Active APRN/RN state license.
• Valid DEA registration and state prescriptive privileges.
• Active NPI number and HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments.
• Develop evidence-based psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage prescriptions.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EHR system.
• Provide supportive psychotherapeutic guidance and patient education on medication adherence.
