Qualifications

• Active PMHNP certification (ANCC or AANP)
• APR N/RN state license in good standing
• DEA registration and state prescriptive privileges
• Active NPI number and reliable high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations and mental status examinations
• Develop tailored, evidence-based psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly within the EHR system
• Provide supportive psychotherapeutic guidance and patient education onMedication adherence and mental health
