Job summary

Third Space Therapy is seeking PMHNPs to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for Medicaid members. You’ll handle clinical work while the team covers billing and credentialing, enabling flexible, remote practice.

Maintain prescriptive authority with DEA registration and join a collaborative network that supports equity in access to care across Virginia. Expect a patient-centered approach and autonomy in clinical decisions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Virginia.
• National PMHNP board certification (PMHNP-BC).
• Prescriptive authority with DEA registration.
• Malpractice coverage for professional practice.
• Experience with psychiatric evaluations and psychotropic meds.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Deliver ongoing care to Medicaid members via remote sessions.
• Collaborate with therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Manage scheduling and treatment plans with patient-centered focus.
