Job summary

Thriveworks is a nationwide mental health provider expanding its telemedicine PMHNP team in Media, Pennsylvania. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner you will conduct psychiatric assessments for adults and adolescents, prescribe medications as appropriate, create collaborative care plans, and adhere to Thriveworks clinical practice guidelines within a telemedicine model.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP with board certification
• Active prescriptive authority in state
• Minimum 1 year in psychiatry practice; 3 years overall preferred

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Willingness to treat 14 years old and up
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms as needed
• Create and collaborate on care plans
• Complete and / or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools for clients
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services at the various sites
