Job summary

Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs to deliver telepsychiatry across the United States. This role offers meaningful clinical autonomy with the backing of experienced psychiatrists, comprehensive admin support, and a culture of innovation.

Full-time or part-time positions available. Compensation ranges from $150K to $300K per year, with weekly pay and full malpractice insurance. You’ll work remotely, collaborate with peers, and access premium EHR, e-prescribe, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP licensure in at least one US state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort delivering care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
