Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs for telehealth roles across the United States. You’ll work with psychiatrists in a supportive, autonomy-friendly environment offering comprehensive clinical and operational support.

Roles are fully remote within the U.S., with both full-time and part-time options. Competitive compensation, weekly pay, malpractice insurance, and credentialing support are provided to enable focus on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort providing remote care and using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care for mental health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia).
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analysis.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including medications and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Follow evidence-based protocols and safe prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and reviews.
• Leverage telehealth technology and systems to ensure reliable care.
